Translation text:

Siggo the Referendary, who used to act as a keeper of the privy seal to King Sigibert, had been apointed by King Chilpericus to fill the same office which he had held in his brother's time. Siggo deserted Chilperic and went over to King Childebert, Sigibert's son. Ansovald received Siggo's property, which was in the Soissons area.
